Returns

At AYA RT, all our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom artwork created from customer-uploaded images
  • Printed canvas products (framed or unframed)
  • Any made-to-order or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue
  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement.


Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within a limited time after placing the order
  • Once production has started, no changes or cancellations are possible

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Item is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced
  • Item is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Cash on Delivery

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as all products are made specifically per order.


Return Shipping

  • We do not require returns for damaged items unless requested
  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions
